Fingerprints Fashions Pvt. Ltd is the name of the organization that carries the brand Inkfruit.
Product Information:
Fabric: We use the highest quality of 100% super-combed cotton with bio-wash. The fabric goes through a variety of treatments and we guarantee colour fastness and shrinkage within acceptable international norms.
Printing: We use high quality screen printing and/or transfer printing depending on the design. All printing techniques used are environmental friendly. Yeah, we love the planet!

Wear, wear and then wear some more. And when you feel you have worn it enough for one wash, follow these instructions to make sure your Inkfruit tee stays with you long enough to create sentimental value.
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. If necessary, use non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron on print and any other embellishment. It’s advisable not to dry clean. While the tees are guaranteed against shrinkage, there might be a small amount on the first wash.
We offer S, M, L, XL and XXL in each boy and girl tees. While we have had a one-off mention of increasing the size range from others, the demand we feel doesn't make it worth it. If you guys feel the need, start badgering us and we will be more than happy to expand the range.
We produce a limited quantity of the winning designs for you guys to get your hands on and then get onto the next set of winning designs. This keeps the tees sort of ‘limited edition' and at the same time, keeps the contest alive ensuring we get to see more of the ‘funkiness' you guys can create!
If you really want to get your hands on a tee that’s outta stock, drop us a mail at
care@inkfruit.com . Once we have enough of these requests, we might do a reprint for you guys.
Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with the t-shirt that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 15 working days from the date of receiving the order (address mentioned below). Send us a mail at

If the Tee doesn’t fit right, the product you received isn’t the one you chose or if there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll exchange it for you. We really want you to love what you get and not be "stuck" with it.
However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times. Cause we won’t be able to refund you.

If the goods are returned because of any product damage or wrong product was shipped, we’ll require you to courier the product to us; on receipt we’ll replace the product and will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with Reward Points.
We're afraid that won't be possible; you will have to courier the t-shirt back to our warehouse address (address mentioned below) and we will send you the replacement.

We do have a very rigorous quality control department but at times a few hitches might go unnoticed. All you need to do is, just send the same t-shirt back (labels intact) within 15 working days from the date of receiving the order and we will send you the replacement.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your right to privacy. At Inkfruit.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Inkfruit does not store your credit card or online bank account information.
Inkfruit.com will not rent or sell your name or your personal information. Inkfruit.com does utilize "cookies" to help recognize you as a recurring visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information only to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of inkfruit.com.
Inkfruit.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
Inkfruit only stores information uploaded by you during the registration process and shared comments and interactions with other members on the website. No transaction information such as credit card details, etc. are stored in our database. These details are directly imputed by you into the bank payment gateways which are completely secure. Inkfruit does not handle this sensitive data or store it in any way.
Shipping:
Shipping is absolutely free!
For bulk orders, we will look for the most efficient mode of transport and charge our customers only for the minimum fare applicable from our courier partners. Depending on the location of the customer and the urgency of the shipment, we would work out the best shipment rates available and charge our customers accordingly.

Orders will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
Design Submission:
Your design can be printed with ease only if it's created in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Your design should be created at 300 dpi. Ensure the design created is of the same size as you would want it to be printed on the tee. Use a max of 5 colors in your artwork.
The submission of your design should be made on the site in 2 different files. The main file should be of 580x460 px dimensions, not exceeding 150 Kb with your design on a T-shirt template and the thumbnail file should be of 210x210 px dimensions, not exceeding 30 Kb with a preview of your design. Keep the format as .jpeg or .png.
After your design is submitted it will go through our internal review. You will receive a confirmation via email once your design has been approved.
You cannot re-submit your design if you are not happy with the score. You can re-submit your design only if your design has been rejected and you make necessary changes based on our requirements.
Voting period for our Always on contest is 15 days. After the voting period is over, the evaluation process takes another 10-15 days. Other specialized contests have variable periods based on the contest requirements.
Yes. If you win the contest we will send you a tee with your design along with the cash prize.
Your design was probably rejected because:
1. Entire design or a few elements were plagiarized (copy - pasted).
2. Design was submitted without the template.
3. Exceeded the color limit.
4. Photographic content, pixilated design.
5. Resubmission of same design for multiple contests.
6. Does not meet our aesthetic parameters.

1. No. of votes
2. The average score
3. No. of votes by Inkfruit Hall of Fame Artists
4. No. of comments and nature of comments
5. No. of Facebook Likes/Twitter retweets
6. In-house design team input.
Based on all of these inputs, the winners of a contest are announced.

Once your design has been selected and purchased, all rights to your artwork lie solely with Inkfruit.
Reward Points:
When you shop online at Inkfruit, we give you Reward Points. These Reward Points are valued at Re. 1/- per 1 Reward Point.
Reward Points help you enjoy discounts. You can collect them and use avail discounts on your favorite Inkfruit products!
For example: If you’ve collected 50 Reward Points, you can get a discount of Rs.50 on any Inkfruit product. Thus, a tee worth Rs 499 will be available for Rs. 449!
However, a product which is already on sale cannot be bought using discount coupons or reward points.
The Reward Points system lets you enjoy a maximum of 50% discount on all Inkfruit products.
No. Unfortunately, Reward Points and Discount Coupons cannot be clubbed together. They are two different means of enjoying discounts and are designed equally well to offer you maximum benefits.
FAQs for Photo Upload:
Yes! Uploading an Inkfruit moment photo offers you a huge chunk of 50 Reward Points!
You will receive a mail confirming that your photo has been approved. Inkfruit will take 24 hours further to approve and reflect the picture of the website.
You can upload an Inkfruit moment photo of up to 10 MB size.
You can upload the image in JPG, GIF or PNG format.
You can mention any subject line that you wish to title your photo with. Example, My Farewell Party.
You simply select the type of your Inkfruit product i.e. T-shirt, Sling Bag, Flip Flop, etc.
Mention the actual name of the design that the product belongs to. Example, Bhrasht Achar, Neta Jee, Grassland, etc.
This option enables you to browse for the image you wish to upload from your system.
While watching the photos submitted by other users, if you like a particular product design, just click on 'I Want This' tab to shop one for yourself. In this way, you can easily own your favorite design.
Offers:
Yes, we have awesome offers on a regular basis on all our products either through the brand or through our alliances.
Inkfruit's offers will be displayed on our
website, while the offers from our alliances will include a discount coupon.
You will need to Log In to your Inkfruit account or Create an Inkfruit account.
When you’ve made your choice, click on “Buy this Now.â€
You will see a page with "Shopping Cart.â€
On the right side of the page you’ll find the Discount Coupon column.
Insert your coupon code here, and click “Calculate.â€
This will calculate and give a revised price on your selected product.
Inkfruit offers refunds or replacements on products that are already on discount as well.
Select your t-shirt size under the 'Tee Surprise' section, pay the required amount and we’ll send you one of our awesome designs. There is no return policy for the 'Tee Surprise' unless there is a manufacturing defect.
