Registrations:

•  How do I register for this awesome site?

1. If you get an invite from a friend, just click on the link mentioned in the email and fill up your registeration details. You can then proceed to the login page and enter with your login id and password as filled in the registeration page.
   
   
2. If you come across this place online and do not have an invite, just click on the JOIN link on the front page. You will be prompted to enter your email id. Enter your email id here and you will get an invite immediately at this email address. From here on, proceed as mentioned in point 1 above.
   
   

Reward Points :

•  What are Reward points?

Well, they are the currency here. On inkfruit.com you can buy T-shirts using Reward points.

•  How do I earn Reward points?

Currently you earn 500 Reward points if your design is selected as a winner. You also earn 20 Reward points for uploading a photograph of you wearing an Ink Fruit T-shirt you have purchased. Multiple uploads of photos related to the same T-shirt do not get credit.

•  What can I do with Reward points?

You can use up your Reward points by shopping here on inkfruit.com. At the shopping interface, you can deduct from the amount due, the number of Reward points and you will have to pay only the balance. If your Reward points exceed the price of the T-shirt, you get the T-shirt free!

Shopping:

•  How do I place my order online?

1. Browse through the tess currently available in the ‘Shop' section. You could also search for specific tees by size, colour or any tag associated with that tee.
   
   
2. Once you find the tee you want, click on the icon for the size and sex of the tee. This will add that tee in that size and sex to your shopping basket. This will be indicated by a message that will flash on your screen.
   
   
3. You can add multiple tees by just repeating the above procedure.
   
   
4. Once you are done adding tees to your shopping cart, click on the ‘Shopping Cart' on the right top corner to review the tees you have selected.
   
   
5. You then proceed to Shipping where you will have to enter the shipping details and confirm the order.
   
   
6. In the last step, you proceed to Billing where you will have to select the mode of payment. If you pay online, you will be taken to a secure bank interface where you can make the payment in a completely safe way. If you pay by COD (cash on delivery), the order will be sent to you and you will have to pay on receiving the T-shirts!
   
   

You will also receive an e-mail from us once your order is shipped. (Yea, we send a lot of e-mails.)

•  I added a tee to my shopping cart a week ago but I can't order for it now. Why?

You must have added a tee to your shopping cart a week ago only to find that you are not able to order it now. This happens when that tee stocks out in that week. Once you add a T to your shopping cart, it is booked for you. But if you exit the website without buying it, then the T is emtied from your cart automatically. Therefore, if you revisit the website, you might find that the T is sold out and no longer available. So if you are worried that we might run outta stock on a tee you really like but won't be able to place an order right away, beg borrow or steal! (although, we don't recommend the third option).

•  How can I pay for my order?

To make sure you have no hassles in getting your hands on an awesome Ink Fruit tee, we have provided you with a variety of methods of payment as below:

1. Credit Cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa)
   
   
2. Online Transfer (you can transfer funds from your bank account to our account online)
   
   
3. Demand Draft (you can send us a Demand Draft and we will dispatch the tee when the draft is realized)
   
   
4. Cash-on-Delivery (you can order the tee and pay for it when it reaches you)
   
   

We do not accept Switch, Electron, Maestro or other international debit cards.

•  Is the site secure?

Absolutely! Any personal information given to us (www.inkfruit.com) will be protected with paranoia! Your information will never be disclosed to any third parties. inkfruit.com's server secures your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.


Ink Fruit does not store your credit card or online bank account information at any time.

When you browse through secure areas of www.inkfruit.com (payment gateway, etc), a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption managed by specialists in the field.

•  Can I track my order status?

Not yet. Sorry! We are working on it and will let you know as soon as we have it in place.

•  How can I make changes to my order?

If you want to change your order, you should yell at Hobbes (hobbes@inkfruit.com). If you yell in time (before shipping happens), we will make the modifications to your order. But if the order has already been shipped theres not much we can do.

Ofcourse, if you don't like what you get, you could ask us to replace it. :)

•  Can I pick up Ink Fruit tees from a store somewhere?

Absolutely! Head to ‘ Offline Store Locator ' ( hyperlink ), look up the store of your choice and make your way!

•  What shipping options do you offer?

We ship all our orders through Aramex couriers. Currently we ship orders only in India.

•  I haven't received my order yet!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Mail Hobbes at hobbes@inkfruit.com and he will get right into it.

Please Note: It takes between 7-10 days for your order to be delivered once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

•  Do I have a profile page to myself?

Of course you do! After you login, just click on your username in the right-top of the screen and you will be taken to your profile page where you can view details viz., deisgns submitted by you, designs that won, points accumulated etc, scraps by other users and also modify details. This is your page baby! Do what you want!

•  Can I change the username on my inkfruit.com account?


Sorry, but you can't change your username. You will need to sign up for a new one.

•  How do I check the number of Reward points I have?

After logging in, click on your username on the right-top corner of the screen to go to your profile page which includes account details viz., number of points accumulated.

•  What are Reward points? How do I win them? And what use are they?

Reward points are a fun way of building a cache on the community and letting other users know of your participation.

You win Reward points by:

•  Submitting designs (You win loads more if your design wins!)

•  Sending in a photo of you wearing an Ink Fruit tee

You can redeem Reward points for a variety of goodies offered on inkfruit.com from time to time. And of course, you can redeem them for Ink Fruit tees too!

Product Information:

•  Fabric, printing and size details.

Fabric: We use the highest quality of 100% super-combed cotton with bio-wash. The fabric goes through a variety of treatments and we guarantee colour fastness and shrinkage within acceptable international norms.

Printing: We use high quality screen printing and/or transfer printing depending on the design. All printing techniques used are environmental friendly. Yeah, we love the planet!

Size Chart:

•  Washing Instructions?

Wear, wear and then wear some more. And when you feel you have worn it enough for one wash, follow these instructions to make sure your Ink Fruit tee stays with you long enough for you to form a personal attachment with it!

Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. If necessary, use a non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron print and any other embellishment. Advise you not to dry clean. While the tees are guaranteed against shrinkage, there might be a small amount of it on the first wash.

•  Why don't you offer more sizes?

We offer S,M,L,XL in each boy and girl tees. While we have had a one-off mention of increasing the size range from others, the demand we feel doesn't make it worth it. If you guys feel the need, start badgering us and we will be more than happy to expand the range.

•  Why are you out of stock of a particular item?

We produce a small quantity of the winning designs for you guys to get your hands on and then get onto the next set of winning designs. This keeps the tees sort of ‘limited edition' and at the same time, keeps the contest alive ensuring we get to see more of the ‘funkiness' you guys can create!

If you really badly want to get your hands on a tee that is outta stock, drop a mail to Hobbes at hobbes@inkfruit.com for that design. Once we have enough of these requests, we might do a reprint for you guys.

•  What is your policy on returns?

No policy! If you don't like what you get, you can send it back to us. As per your wish, we will replace it with any other design you might want or refund your payment. We really want you to love what you get and not be "stuck" with it.

Just, please make sure that the peice is returned in the condition you received it in. You will appreciate that if you wash it or use it a couple of times and then return it to us, we will not be able to refund you.

Participation:

To participate in India 's first democratic brand, you will need to first become a member on the website. Once you are one of us, you can sign in and start adding your "funkiness" to the community!

•  How do I submit a design?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit a tee design on the Ink Fruit community. Just register, sign in and click on the ‘Submit Design' link. This will take you to a design submission form. This page contains:

1. Design Details: Here, you will have to plug in design details viz., name, write-up on the design, inspiration or anything else you want your fans to know. ;)
   
   
   
2. Dos & Donts: Details including which formats to submit the design in, sizes of thumbnails of the design, file sizes, etc are posted here.
   
   
   
3. Submission Template: You can download our photoshop file submission template. This template will have all the fabric colors that are available to you and a Tshirt outline for you to place your design in it and submit it. Please use it to make sure that your design is NEVER declined!
   

Once you submit a design, it is put up for voting immediately. However, we review the designs submitted on a daily basis and any submission that does not follow the points mentioned under ‘Dos & Donts' will be taken out of the voting process and all the votes accumulated by that design will be diluted. You will also receive an e-mail from us mentioning the possible reasons for decline.

An accepted design is open for voting for a period of 20 days post which the scores are calculated in case of the perrenial contest. In the case of theme based temporary contests, all designs are up for voting till the expiry of that particular contest. If your design is amongst the winners, you will be intimated immediately and the design will be printed and made ready for sale.

•  What do I get if my design submission wins?

Loads of prizes!! First, you win a cash reward of INR 1500! Then you receive 500 Reward Points to spend on the website. After which, you receive one Ink Fruit tee with your design absolutely free! And if your design wins in a competition organized with a partner, you win all the goodies from our partner. And on top of all this, you become a celebrity on our site! Phew! You must be feeling giddy! ;)

While we feel the prize on offer right now is pretty sweet, we have every intention of making the prizes bigger and more awesome as the Ink Fruit community grows. So get al your friends participating quick!

•  How do I score design submissions?

Once you have registered and logged in, you can score submissions by navigating to the ‘Score Designs' section, clicking on a design submission currently open for voting and scoring on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest ranking).

•  Who decides on which ones are the winning submissions?

You do! That's the beauty of it. Every couple of weeks, we look at the votes garnered by designs submitted, the comments on the design scrapbooks, and the fit with the essence of Ink Fruit and pick the top 3-4 designs and announce them winners. We will also reveal the scores for these winning designs and the number of people who voted for that design.

•  How do I submit to the photo gallery?

Easy! Just click yourself (or your friend) in an Ink Fruit tee and send it to us! Your picture, if accepted, will be used to display the tee in the ‘Shop' section. We periodically review the photographs sent in and pick some of you guys to win goodies!
